JEEP XJ CHEROKEE PERFORMANCE

High flow thermostat housing with 160 degree thermostat and auto auxiliary fan switch - removed old housing which was quite easy just remove the old hoses and a few bolts. Make sure you have something below to catch the coolant. Then remove the old thermostat remember how it was installed. Then install new one with a small amount of RTV and the reinstall new thermostat housing with gasket and RTV sealant. Next wire the auxiliary fan switch by attaching the relay to the side of the right fender above the black relay lid. Remove the relay lid and install the power wire (red) to the power distribution block. Then run the wires to the temp switch. I wrapped mine with electrical tape for extra protection. This is an easy upgrade and I noticed a noticeable decrease in temperature. Also the auxiliary fan kicks in to cool the engine down even with the car turned off.

Rock It air flow tube with high flow filter - see instructions on this one. It is an easy install. You will also notice a increase in horsepower especially in the seat of your pants test. Also there is a cool whistling sound that goes along with it.
